For those folks who want to travel at higher speeds with agility and precision, we offer you the Desert Falcon EVO.
Equipped with the new Bosch Gen4 Performance Speed drive unit and Powertube 500Wh battery, you can attack mountain climbs for hours with assist speeds of up to 28 mph. Internal cable routing keeps this bike looking slick, while the top shelf Shimano GRX Di2 Hydraulic Disc groupset provides fast and precise electronic shifting along with a refined brake feel.
Motor: The Bosch Performance Speed drive unit is the power benchmark for Bosch eBike System’s drives. Weighing 6.3 lbs with a maximum torque of 85 Nm, it delivers superior performance in a relatively lightweight package. The eMTB-dedicated motor is compact, lightweight, and extremely powerful, combining high-quality materials, an extremely powerful drive and high-end sensors. From the model year 2021 the Performance Speed will feature a torque of up to 85 Nm, new motor control features, and updates to eMTB mode – all part of a software update.
Battery: For the highest demands in terms of performance and aesthetics: Bosch PowerTubes 500Wh have the power for any ride and thanks to their compact size and minimalist design. The lithium ion batteries is integrated within the frame, ensuring carefree riding, while a safety catch prevents the batteries from falling out even on challenging terrain. The Bosch PowerTube 500Wh enables city eBikes and eMTBs to take long distances in stride.
Display: Small, connected pioneer: Bosch Kiox offers sporty eBike riders access to the digital world via the eBike Connect smartphone app, and also offers new navigation features. The robust color display ensures eBike rider can always see their riding data at a glance, while the separate control unit allows them to keep the eBike under control. Bosch Kiox can record your trips and send all the relevant data via the smartphone’s Bluetooth connection to the eBike Connect online portal. Connecting with a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth helps riders get the most out of their training. This makes Kiox the perfect companion for athletic rides while staying connected.
