Why do you recommend multiple bike frame sizes? We offer different frames in various sizes to cater to individual preferences and body types. For instance, the Gazelle Medeo is available in sizes 45, 50, and 55 cm, while the Gazelle Ultimate comes in sizes 46, 53, and 57 cm. By providing multiple options, we ensure that riders of average height can find a suitable frame size.
Additionally, your ideal frame size depends on factors such as the type of bike (e.g., e-bike or city bike), your inseam measurement, sitting position, and whether you prefer a sprung saddle. Personal preference plays a role as well. We strongly recommend test riding different frame sizes to experience the variations firsthand.
Can I measure my frame size myself? Yes, you can calculate your frame size by measuring your inseam. Here's how:
Gazelle Medeo: To determine the best frame size for you, we recommend visiting one of our Gazelle stores. Our bikes are tested and approved for riders up to 130 kg (approximately 285 pounds). Rear racks are tested and approved for up to 55 pounds of cargo, unless specified otherwise.

With the integrated 540 Wh battery, you have more than enough range. The battery is securely locked in the frame with a lock. Use the bike key to easily remove it for charging wherever you wish.
