  • Shipping Tracking Information: When sending tracking details to customers, choose options starting with “To customer” from the shipping option menu.
  • Internal Notifications: For communicating transfers between different Propel locations, select “Internal notification: Transfer between Propel locations”. Note: This will not send any notifications to customers.
  • Special Note for “Notify customer for bike transfer from DE to BK for local pickup” Option:
    • This option should solely be used to inform customers about their new bike being transferred from DE to BK.
    • Upon selection, it prompts the customer to schedule their pick-up appointment anytime on the transfer date at 12:30 PM or after.
    • This facilitates our planning, as transfers can be aligned with their scheduled appointments.
    • Ensure you choose the earliest possible date the bike will be at the Brooklyn showroom.
