In these uncertain times, we wanted to communicate with our customers, potential customers, and community members. We are working diligently to keep our customers and staff safe as we work through these challenges together. At the moment we have decided to remain open, but we have changed some of the ways we are operating to reduce the spread of COVID-19. I have outlined some key points below to know what to expect and how to work with us.
As of 3/19/2020 we have decided to move to online only, but we will allow pick ups at the store provided you are not at risk. Please be mindful and respectful of our health and follow the below guidlines.
Please DO NOT come for pick up if you or someone you have contact with is sick.
Start with a phone call or email and we can arrange pick ups. Doing so will help limit our respective exposure while at our shop – see below sections on “Service”, “Shopping with Us” and “Get in Touch”
All visitors will be asked to wash and disinfect their hands upon entering the store.
All visitors are expected to know and implement CDC guidelines to help stop the spread of germs:
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
Put your used tissue in a waste basket.
If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hands.
Please limit what you touch- bikes, accessories, other surfaces. We’re working hard to make sure things stay sanitary and reducing contact with items in the shop really helps.
If you see or experience anything that makes you uncomfortable, please make your concerns known. We want everyone to feel comfortable and safe.
Each day brings new information and we will continue to refine our approach to assure we’re keeping everyone safe.
Service & Repair
If you have an issue with a bicycle purchased from Propel, just call and speak to one of our mechanics. We are doing our best to assist, but we can not guarantee in-store service at this time.
Shopping with Us
If you’re looking for an e-bike and need confidence you’re making the right choice but are not able to come to our shop, don’t worry. You can gather a lot of information via our website, our Youtube videos, phone or email.
We’ve been selling bikes via the web, phone, and email since we opened in 2011. Our Matchmakers know how to help you make the right selection whether or not you choose to visit our shop. We have a strong track record for selling bikes remotely and we continue to implement strategies to improve upon that experience. We’re happy to have long phone chats to answer all of your questions.

We can also arrange for a video conference if you’d like. We have a more robust plan to roll this out in the future, but we can do a Facetime, Google Hangout or similar.
