Reliable, performance-oriented and innovative – these are the standards to which we hold our E-Bikes, as well as all components and especially the drive system. That’s why all Riese & Müller E-Bikes are equipped with the industry-leading Bosch drive system.
The smart system leads you into the digital eBike future and ensures more individual riding fun: The eBike Flow app and all components such as the drive unit, battery and display are fully networked. You simply transfer updates over-the-air – so your eBike continues to remain up-to-date after its purchase. The eBike Flow app continuously provides you with new functions: Use the navigation function, for example, to expand the theft protection and adapt selected riding modes to your wishes.
Battery
800 Wh + Range Extender 250
The Bosch PowerMore 250 Wh additional battery supplements the power of the standard 800 Wh battery – for even greater range and flexibility. Only as big as a drinking bottle and weighing just 1.6 kg, it can be stowed away in a backpack or bike bag. And should you spontaneously decide to go on a longer trip, then just attach the energy reserve and continue riding for another 50 km without the need to stop and charge.
Bosch PowerTube 800Wh
PowerTube 800 in the smart system: A new, lighter housing has been used for both batteries. Provided the eBike manufacturer has prepared the eBike for this, they can be easily exchanged – for more or less range.

Bosch Performance Line Speed (Smart System)
The Performance Line Speed will also be part of the smart system and will be commercially available in 2023. Enjoy the benefits – keep your S-pedelec components up to date at all times via over-the-air updates. With powerful acceleration and support up to 28 mph, the Performance Line Speed gets you to your destination quickly and efficiently.
- Use the Auto mode for a pleasant ride on your eBike: It automatically adjusts support between Tour and Turbo depending on the riding situation, without you having to apply more power or switch between riding modes. This way you can fully focus on the way ahead of you.
- Ride even more comfortably: the small dimensions of the Performance Line Speed and its magnesium casing reduce the weight of the drive unit to just 2.9 kilograms. So your eBike is lighter, and you can control it even better.
Drive
Bosch Performance Line CX (Smart System)
Ride with the ultimate flow with the Performance Line CX motor. Experience intuitive handling and a unique riding sensation with this powerful and dynamic drive unit. With the smart system the drive unit is fully networked with the other components on your eBike – and with the eBike Flow app you can access digital features such as activity tracking and the eBike Lock, as well as easily keeping your eBike constantly up-to-date.
The Performance Line CX is fully networked in the smart system, so it remains up-to-date even after purchase.
With a maximum torque of 85 Nm, you really feel the difference in how your eBike handles.

Purion 200 Display
Purion 200 Fully networked display and control unit in one: the Purion 200 provides compact and easy-to-read information about your speed, range and more. And, thanks to its ambient light sensor, you can quickly read the information even in bright sunshine and darkness. Located directly adjacent to your thumb on the handlebar, it lets you ergonomically and intuitively control your bike’s functions.
Cockpit with SmartphoneGrip
Its SmartphoneGrip transforms your mobile device into your bike’s display. Control the practical functions of your smartphone with the compact Purion 200 within thumb’s reach. The SmartphoneGrip is perfectly integrated into the minimalist cockpit with internal cabling and adjustable stem angle. Its adapter holds your smartphone firmly on the handlebar, charging it as you use it – either with or without cable. Suitable for use with all popular smartphones weighing a maximum of 276 g with the following dimensions: 123 to 175 mm long, 67 to 88 mm wide, and 6.8 to 13 mm deep (including case).
Kiox 500 Cockpit
40% larger display than the Kiox 300 with almost double the screen area: The Kiox 500 has even better readability – especially under demanding riding conditions. This makes the smart display the ideal companion for almost all rides. Information is gathered quickly, even in busy traffic, and you are guided conveniently when trekking.
Control Technology
Full control.
Ride safely over every bump – thanks to Riese & Müller Control Technology with front wheel suspension, rear swing arm and co-sprung luggage carrier, the Homage5 keeps in contact with the ground even at high speeds. Opt for the GX option with off-road tires and pedals if your riding takes you off-road through forests and across fields. You’ll remain safely on the saddle with the optional Bosch eBike ABS.
Frame design
Everything in perfect harmony.
Prepare to be impressed by the frame design of the Homage5 at first glance: from its well-protected drive and suspension element directly above the crank bearing, one strut ends in the versatile carrier. The striking frame is manufactured in Portugal and is made of 30% recycled aluminium.
Comfort
Riding enjoyment guaranteed.
Stopping at traffic lights or intersections is a real pleasure with the Homage5. That is because of its low step-through and dropper seatpost. But if you like things even more comfortable, you can opt for the Comfort kit with its curved handlebars and wider saddle. And you can secure your bike with the inconspicuous frame lock wherever you park.
