The Abus Granit XPlus 54 Mini “The San Francisco Lock” is a shorter shackle version of Abus’s flagship bicycle U-lock, the Granit XPlus 540. This lock is perfect for high-quality bicycles that require strong theft protection in urban settings. Originally designed to lock around reinforced parking meters in San Francisco, it offers the same level of protection as its big brother lock.
Featuring a 13mm temper hardened steel square parabolic shackle and a double bolting shackle/lock body, the U 54 Mini offers the highest protection against hitting and pulling attacks. It also boasts patented Abus Power Cell technology and an XPlus key cylinder that provides extremely high protection against picking. This lock can also be keyed alike with other Abus locks featuring the same XPlus cylinder, making it a convenient choice for multi-lock and multi-bike households.
