Do I need to sign up to buy?

You don’t need to sign up to buy. You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account will allow you to see your order history and save your information for easy ordering in the future.

Please visit the Lost Password page, enter your email and we can send you instructions for reseting your password.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, check, cash and Paypal. We also accept wire transfers under special circumstances.

Why don't you ship to my country?

Although you might not find your country available on our website checkout, it doesn’t necessarily mean we can’t ship to you. Please feel free to reach out and we can talk about potential solutions.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $150 for shipping bikes. You might think this is a lot in the land of free shipping, but we do things a bit differently here. Many shops will ship bikes without ever having opened the box. We take the time to build your bike, tune it and ship it fully assembled. When you receive your order, you’ll just need to turn the handle bars straight and attach the pedals. Our customers have found this process to be simple and straightforward. For items under $100, we charge a flat rate of $7.95. For orders above $100, we ship for free.
